As the founder of Williams Executive Search Solutions, Webs and More Consulting Solutions, and Bethesda Care Collective, Patrice brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, relationship building, and servant leadership to every endeavor. Her work is guided by a simple belief: meaningful success is built through strong relationships, genuine care for people, and a commitment to excellence.

A proud alumna of Purdue University, Patrice holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health Science and an Associate of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. Her passion for lifelong learning also led her to pursue graduate studies in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine at Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine, reflecting her ongoing curiosity and desire for personal and professional growth.

Beyond business, Patrice is a devoted mother of three sons, a proud grandmother, and someone who values faith, family, and community.
